Dark Obi-Wan Kenobi

What happens if Obi-Wan turns...bad?
Our idea was to portray the Obi-Wan who looks tired, angry, and maybe corrupted.

This is my first collaboration project with such an amazing artist as Chun-Yu Wang (Harold).

I bought the base model from Adam O´Donnell´s Artstation store. His model is not ready for production, so I use R3DSWrap to do a retopology, it was an easy tool and gives a great result. I cleaned up the model on Zbrush and only keep the wrinkles to transfer on my new base model. I went back to R3DSWrap and wrapped the model with texturingXYZ skin details and color maps. Now is time to jump to Mari to clean up the previously wrapped textures, when I was happy with that, on the color map I added details I want to achieve the final result. I did the LookDev on Maya with Arnold render. I've tested a few artistic lighting rigs to get the right vibes. I've learned a lot of lighting techniques and different ways to share our idea.
